Our practice is not an insurance driven practice. As a courtesy to you, we will do our very best to maximize your dental benefits. We will process all your insurance claims, receive and post credit from your insurance coverage to your account. You should be aware that better insurance plans will pay towards a wider variety of services, while less expensive plans pay towards the least expensive treatment. All policies have limitations, and do not cover 100% of the fees charged. Ultimately, it is your responsibility for the total cost of treatment regardless what insurance reimburses.
We will provide a 5% courtesy discount for cash or check payments made in full at time of service. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and most insurance plans. Financing is available through Care Credit. Please note that payment or co-payment will be expected at the time of service unless prior financial arrangements have been made.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
